Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed the following business day.
We are located in the United States and ship all orders from West Pittston, Pennsylvania.
You will receive an email when your package ships with the expected arrival date.
We cannot be responsible for transit times, which is the carrier's responsibility.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

At this time, we can only offer free standard shipping to the continental United States on orders of a minimum of $49.99. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
