Plastic plates can be hit or miss in terms of quality and I didn't have high expectations for these, but they surprised me. Despite how physically thin and lightweight they seem, they're pretty durable and definitely pretty. Good price point for the amount you get as well. They're kind of on the glossy and slick side though, with a very shallow slope that's practically flat, so it can be rather easy for food to slide off, but if you're just taking a plate and sitting down with it, I would suspect it'd be fine unless you weren't paying much attention. What IS nice about these, and they do warn you about not using metallic stamped plates in the microwave as those WILL make for sparks and arcing electricity in the microwave, these particular plates are NOT metallic in any way, so you are free to microwave leftovers or whatever on them should you choose to. My guess is this brand has other lines or designs of plates with metallic print and it's been an issue requiring warning. All in all though, these are pretty and look very much like they could be glazed ceramic plates. Quality stuff.

I entertain a lot and go through a lot of dispoable plates. I've ordered hundreds of different varieties from different sellers, and I have to say that these plates are a notch above the rest. First, I love the puple color, which provides for a design that is more simple and contemporary than others that I have ordered (from a short distance, you woud mistake them for ceramic dishware). However, where these plates really stand out is in how sturdy they are--the pastic is substantially thicker than others I have ordered. In terms of size, the smaller plate is perfect for salad or desert, and the larger plate is perfect fo dinner. The price to quality ratio for these disposable plates is excellent.

I love these plates, they're so nice that I don't want to throw them away! Sturdy for sure. Nice color. I've washed & reused a few several times now & they're still just as good. There would be perfect for nicer events where you don't want those cheap-looking clear plastic plates, or even for having guests for dinner if you want it to look nice but don't want to have to clean up as much, haha

I ordered these plates for my outdoor wedding a couple months ago and they were exactly what I wanted. The color was perfect. It was a BBQ with a lot of moist, heavy foods and they held up great. Most of our guests didn't even realize they were disposable. No time to wash dishes when you have a honeymoon to get to. Would absolutely buy these again.

The color size and quality of these plates are just perfect. I plan my whole tablesetting around them many weeks!

These plastic plates are so sturdy. They could easily be used again and again without fear of them cracking. I was really impressed how thick they were. The purple is a beautiful color. I love that this set comes with both sizes of plates, which can be used for dinner and dessert or salad. These are a great addition to any party.
